Terms and conditions of sale

Access to the structure:
Check in time: 12:00 to 22:00
Check-out time: From 07.00 to 10.00


What is included in the treatment
B & B: overnight stay with breakfast.
Half Board: overnight stay with breakfast and a meal (lunch or dinner).
Full Board: overnight stay with breakfast and two meals (lunch and dinner).
All Inclusive Soft: Full board, water at the table, air conditioning, free Wifi, entertainment on the beach, 1 umbrella with 2 sunbeds + cabin, entrance to the pools Arenas
All Inclusive: All the services of the Soft + use beach towel, local wine + drinks and beers at the table

Anything not expressly indicated as included in the treatment is to be considered excluded.


Children and extra beds:
Children up to 2 years of age stay free.
Children from 3 to 6 years old can stay in extra beds with a 50% discount.
Children from 6 to 12 years old can stay in extra beds with a 30% discount.
3rd and 4th bed adults 10% discount

Deposit payment:
It is necessary to pay a deposit at the time of booking for an amount equal to 15% of the total


The data for the payment of the deposit are as follows:

Once the deposit has been paid, it is necessary to send a communication to the hotel with the payment details to the email address of the hotel.

The remaining sum will be paid in the hotel.


Cancellation terms:
There is no refund of the deposit for cancellation. Re-use in the season and subject to availability may be envisaged


Advance payment by bank transfer or Paypal:
If the full amount has been paid at the time of booking, please send proof of payment by bank transfer or Paypal via email.

In case of cancellation, for a refund or for a possible modification of the reservation, contact the hotel directly.


Booking changes:
For changes to the dates of stay or the type of rooms or treatment, you must contact the hotel directly, with a minimum notice of [15] days, subject to availability by the management.


Tourist tax
The tourist tax is not included in the total price and must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

The fee is € 1.5 per person per night and applies for a maximum of 7 nights for guests over 14 years of age.


Receipts and Invoices
Our reservation system does not require the invoice (or receipt or receipt) to be sent to a consumer (not a VAT number), according to art. 22 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 26/10/1972 n. 633 and the article 2, letter oo) of the DPR December 21st 1996, n. 696 (as confirmed by Resolution No. 274 / E of November 5, 2009).

Generally, a consumer does not need an invoice. In order to guarantee the reservation, you can, in fact, keep the receipt of your booking, sent by e-mail after confirmation.

If you still wish to request an invoice, contact the hotel no later than 72 hours after confirmation, specifying the details to which the invoice must be entered.


Value added tax is included and is 10%.
